The Bishop of Richborough is a suffragan bishop of the Diocese of Canterbury in the Church of England. He has pastoral responsibility and sacramental ministry for those parishes in the eastern part of the Province of Canterbury which do not accept women's priestly ministry, and have petitioned their diocesan bishop under the provisions of the Act of Synod to be given extended episcopal care. The Bishop of Richborough is an assistant bishop of a number of the dioceses that fall within the area he covers.

The present Bishop of Richborough is the Rt Revd Keith Newton, who succeded the Rt Revd Edwin Barnes in 2002.
